Overview #
The Selection Tab is the starting point for defining which Revit sheets or views will be included in your batch export.
It provides a clear, filterable list of project views and sheets, making it easy to select, group, and manage your export sets efficiently.

Show only active Sheets/Views #
Select the “Show only active Sheets/Views” option to filter only the list of open sheets and views.

Filter View Types #
When views are selected they can be filtered by view type (e.g. 3D, Area Plan, Ceiling Plan, Detail etc)

Search Views/Sheets #
The Search field helps you instantly find sheets or views within your Revit project. It’s especially useful in large models with hundreds of sheets or views — allowing you to locate specific items in seconds.

Custom File Name #
The Custom File Name builder allows you to define exactly how your exported files will be named.
Instead of relying on Revit’s default naming, you can build dynamic file names using parameters, prefixes, and custom separators — ensuring consistency across your project exports.
